Our Open training session will be held on March 29 (Sunday) 15:40 – 18:40 at Shinjuku Cosmic Center (2nd budojo). The session is lead by International instructors as follows:
- Isamu Hayami (organizer, 4th dan)
- Seiji Toyonaga (5th dan)
- Kazuaki Shibagami (4th dan)
Participation fee is just 500 JPY and no booking required. All the ITF practitioners are welcome. Please join us! (*English assistance is available in this session).
